  • Filtration ratings: 1 / 3 / 25 µm
  • Seal materials: FKM / NBR

Advantages

  • High-performance, change-over duplex filters in stainless steel
  • All filter apparatus and the respective filter housings are comprised as a basic principle of stainless steel rotary parts without welding joints and correspond to the specifications of API
  • There are basically two different standard versions of the Gas Filter GCF: In a simple coalescer version preferably for "dry" gases and in a coalescer version with integrated cyclone pre-separators for applications with wet gases in which aerosols, oil mists and/or condensates must be anticipated.

Areas of application

The HYDAC GCF gas filters are high-performance, change-over duplex filters in stainless steel which have been specially developed for use in dry gas seals in turbo compressors. All filter apparatus and the respective filter housings are comprised as a basic principle of stainless steel rotary parts without welding joints and correspond to the specifications of API.

GFH

Protective Filter for gas applications up to 1,050 bar

Features

The GFH is a fitting filter that can be used not only for onboard hydrogen filtration but also for stationary gas applications. The GFH protective filter was developed for hydrogen filtration. In this area of application, which involves the highest of cleanliness requirements, together with our GF1 working filter, it completes our comprehensive filtration concept and has already proven its reliability and performance capability.

As a protective filter, the duty of the GFH is the reliable retention of impurities that are created by downstream equipment (e.g. the wear of components and materials of seals) and which can lead to the failure of important system components. The GFH provides effective protection for downstream analog components, e.g. non-return or control valves, dispensers (petrol nozzles) and filling spouts on the vehicle, thus making a significant contribution to the reduction of down times. Installation takes place immediately in front of the component to be protected. As an option, the filter element, particularly with onboard solutions, can be integrated directly in the housing of the respective component and thus adapted optimally to the respective application.

Advantages

  • Best quality filtrate due to HYDAC Chemicron®
  • High level of defined filtration efficiency
  • High contamination retention capacity
  • Excellent differential pressure stability
  • Extremely robust stainless steel filter element technology
  • High pressure stability
  • Highest resistances
through non-utilisation of adhesives, polymer seals or grouting
  • Exclusively metallic sealed joints
  • Optional integration of the GFH filter elements in the housing of the component to be protected*
