AM - Aquamicron
The element technology of the Aquamicron series is distinguished for the high contamination retention capacity of the glass fibre layers used. The glass fibre structure and the folded design of the elements enable a high volume flow and therefore high cleaning speeds. The Aquamicron elements bind the water through a chemical reaction. This is not reversible, i.e. the water is kept in the element even when the pressure rises.

DM - Dimicron
The element technology of the Dimicron series is characterised by the high dirt holding capacity of the glass fibre layers used. The glass fibre structure and pleated design make high flow rates possible:
A high volume flow and thus high cleaning speeds due to the high circulation rate
A constant purity level over the process cycle at high and low dirt penetration rates
A low initial differential pressure
Very high dirt absorption capacity
Improvement of oil life and oil purities

FM – Flexmicron
The candle filter elements of the Flexmicron series are used for solid particle separation in a wide variety of applications. They are characterised by enormous flexibility in terms of field of application, medium, filter fineness and adapters. The product range offers the right element for every application and includes:
Pleated elements for applications with highest purity requirements (P = premium version)
Spun Spray Elements for applications with high (S = standard version) or medium (E = economy version) fluid and grade purity requirements
For use on parts cleaning systems, test benches, hydraulic and lubrication systems and for cooling lubricants KSS.

TM – TRIMICRON
The filter elements of the Trimicron series were specially developed for the combined separation of ultrafine particulate contamination, water and oil degradation products from hydraulic and lubrication oils.

This involves combined pleat and spun spray depth filter elements. The filter layers used were manufactured by means of meltblown technology. For offline filtration in lubrication systems (e.g. wind energy plants), hydraulic systems and transmission and hydraulic testing facilities.

WB – WOMBAT
The wombat element is a star-folded filter element through which flow passes from the inside to the outside and is designed to absorb large amounts of dirt at high separation rates. The Wombat element can be installed in any common bag filter using an adapter kit (accommodating basket and seal) and replace the filter bag present there. Application for filtration of cleaning and processing fluids, for prefiltration of fluids in hydraulic and lubrication systems, as working and police filters on cleaning systems (washing systems) or in processing machines.

Reduced pressure loss compared to filter bags (up to 30%)

FB – filter bags
The HYDAC filter bags are one-, two- or three-layer bags that can be used either in the WBF filter housing or in commercially available bag filter housings from other manufacturers. Fluid filters are used to filter hydraulic and lubrication fluids. There are variants with FDA clearance for use in food-related areas.
To increase the service life, there are optionally available magnets including holders, which support the deposition of magnetic particles in the WBF housing. HYDAC offers the right filter bag for every fluid purity requirement.
